I found a set of nice 16" inch 5 spoke mercedes wheels, would be perfect for my winter setup. Anyone know if they fit? From the research I did, seems they have the same bolt pattern but the rest I don't know.

I'm looking at ordering some winters soon, wondering if I should go with 16's or 17's. Those that have 16's, do you like them or are they a bit small for this car?

I searched the forum but didn't really find the answer. Is it possible to correct the spedometer readout with VAGCOM and if so does anyone know how? Can correcting this cause other issues? My spedometer like most I'm sure is significantly off, i'm tired of doing math whenever i'm driving.

Has anyone tried cracking the RNS 510 for the VIM to work for the DVD. I'm currently at software version 3690 if that makes a difference.

I bought my car on tuesday, brought it to the dealer thursday night so they can have a look at the vibration I complained about, turns out at least one of the wheels was out of balance. When I picked up the car today I took it for a test drive and yup vibration is gone but now the steering wheel...

Just wanted to introduce myself now that i've picked up my new 2012 gti. Unfotunatley when I went to pick it up yesterday it was in the middle of a snow storm which put a damper on the day. I traded in a very problematic 2011 Jetta TDI for this car, I hope built in Germany makes a difference...

I'm in the market for a 2012 GTI but I find that there are far and few that have both NAV and leather, usually one or the other. I prefer the leather but for all I know those seats suck, i'd like some input from people that are current owners. Anything other options I should look out for?
