Thank you. I thought no one noticed the inflated numbers from Hyundai/Kia "274hp" 2.0T. The MFR's numbers are a full blown scam, both in performace and fuel efficiency. The Sonata Turbo did the 1/4 mile in 15.0 @ 94 mph (MT) and the gas mileage was in the low 20's. A total underachiever.

I've owned several turbocharged cars over the last 25 years, and the GTI is the only one with basically no lag.
