I have been suffering from a EPC Light and Fault code P0221. VW states my car needs a new engine harness due to high resistance in some connections which are causing the intermittent EPC light. VW quotes $2100 plus tax. I was considering purchasing a harness myself, I found some for sale for about $500 CAD. Part number is 07K-972-619-AL

- Is there a good shop manual which outlines the process?
- Any other suggestions or thoughts?
- Could I run an overlay from the throttle body to ECM? Im assuming the throttle body wires are the ones with high resistance.
