I've never been on a track and was planning on doing the auto-x level 1 and 2 of the novice schools the following weekend, but the PDE sounds really fun. Do you need a helmet to participate in PDE?

Did you install the brake pads yourself or have someone do it? I'm planning on getting the hawk pads that Roastpuff recommended.

Was a "track day/ high performance driver education".... Was fun... I roasted my brake pads.... I did the autoX level 1 and 2 schools this past May... It's awesome... Take it if you can....

I will be doing a Friday at the Track ( not scca) on summit point come August 20th if anyones interested...
