DSG Question

I only have 5k on my GTI, Last couple of days i have noticed that sometimes when i slow down at an intersection, then pull away it's as if the transmission in stuck in neutral, there is a delay and then starts to pick up, it is not turbo lag as i can her the engine revving, it only happens on a partial stop, never seems to happen when i do come to a full stop.

Yesterday i was stuck halfway into an intersection until it decided to get into a gear....only a few seconds but still peed me off.
Anyone else having this type of situation???? :iono:

normal. cuz you havent dropped to 1rst until you stop. and accel is slower in 2nd. then add in throttle lag and thats what you end up with.

I gave up ever trying to figure out what DSG is doing...it's the prominent reason I traded my MKV R32 for a MKVI manual GTI. I'm pretty sure its only goal was to try and kill me whenever I really needed it to react, and it almost succeeded more than once.
