A/M intake engine cover!

Did ya all know there is a BKS TTS engine cover group buy on?

It ends today so if you have an aftermarket intake on your R and want the TTS cover kit get going!!

It's on the Golf R Owners Group on facebook.

Current pricing on this was $129 as of last night, a few more people are needed to get the best pricing of
$119 for a TTS enging cover! (plus $42 for shipping)

And no, I'm not affiliated with this GB! Just passing along info.

Sadly, GolfMk6 was down for a major part of the day on the 30th. GB is over. Only had just over 20 people in on that GB on facebook.
Next time hopefully there will be a better/sooner post about a GB.
The person doing the GB on the Golf R facebook page is just a regular guy, not a authorized vendor so he can not post about it in the forums.

Dang unfortunate for me, hope I get a good deal when I go for this cover.

engine cover removal?

Iím sorry for asking a stupid question but I was trying to remove my engine cover, and the thing sticks down like itís fastened.

Removed the hoses, outlet pipe to the turbo, MAF, and attach to intake.

Gave a sharp pull on front edge and feels like its going to break.

Any help?

It helps to do it when the engine is warm

Wish I had not just learned to read today. I would have liked a nifty engine cover :(
