just leave the car until it drops down to its 800rpm and your good to go, its just a warm up procedure to circulate oil around the engine and get everything lubricated as it should be ready for...

air temperature
driver/passenger weight
fuel grade
etc

Just changed the oil to Castrol Edge 5W-40, from what I can see the oil temperature is less that what it was with the original oil it came with.

Normally I will run at about 102-104 degrees C,...
