From a practical standpoint, I would say yes. Car hasn't caused any real problems. Fits multiple car seats and kids crap that I have to lug around.

But part of me wishes I bought a used 3series...

What % are your tints? My wifes G35 had tints (prior to us purchasing) they are maybe 25-30%, never had an issue.

I have the same issue with the leaky rear washer. How do you pry open the hose cover (coming from front?) I think you have to remove all plastic trim pieces to find the actual leak right?

No CEL's. that wouldn't be a result of a failing engine mount though, correct? I'm guessing a physical inspection is in order.

Failing Engine mount??

I replaced my engine air filter yesterday and went to start up the car to make sure everything was tightened down correctly and noticed that the engine seemed to shake a lot even after it warmed up...

Do yourself a favor and get a set of 16" steelies or some other used rims and mount winters on that. I have the Dunlop Winter Sports now, they are ok, a little more aggressive tread for dry traction...

Can't they check using a Boost gauge? It would seem if the turbo isn't working properly then it should be making less boost which might be enough for the dealer to determine the turbo is failing.
