Does your front suspension creak when cold? (esp over bumps)

Yup - had this TSB performed on my 2006 GTI, where it was more of an issue, but the problem is alive and well on my 2010, too.

Issue is alive and well in germany also.
Hannover eh? I lived there for 7 years growing up... :)

i would just squirt some lubricant into the bushes on the front wishbones like i said earlier rather than take it to the dealers. would take all of 5 minutes

Mine doesnt squeek that loud where its audibly noticeable to anyone but a passenger in the car, so I dont know if my experience resonates what else has been posted in this thread.

do you have the new style subframe bolts?

the subframe bolts were changed as earlier ones stretched and the subframe moved around over time
