Coming home lights

Has anyone else had their new Golf not leave on the coming lights after turning off the ignition?

I've checked the settings and it's definitely on and set for 20 secs, however when the ignition is turned off, the lights turn off. The leaving-home function works when the doors are unlocked.

Strange.

Love the car.. 103TDI with Sport Package.

As much as I'd like to claim to be an enlightened human being, a dark corner of my soul hates all of who for owning these cars while I have to wait until November...

*shakes fist menacingly*

Still, I'm glad you like your car, and hope someone has an easy fix your problem.

hmmm mine are left on until I almost in the house after switching off the ignition... possibly 20 seconds or so...

i have the same problem it has to be unlocked for mine to work which i dont think is right
