Cruise control

Very simple.

Reach the required speed.
Flick the dip switch on the indicator stork to on.
Depress the bottom half of the toggle switch on the end of the indicator to enable cruise control.
The same toggle switch can now be used to increase or decrease the cruise controlled speed.
Applying the breaks or flicking the on/off dip switch will disable the cruise control. (also disabled when clutch pedal is pressed - manual only obviously)

Hope that helps.

:)For me half the fun of a new car is finding out all these things with out looking at the manual, which is a last resort for chaps

Wish I had a slightly thick book looking thing......and the car looking thing to go with it.
Ah patience is a virtue and waiting makes me mad! Roll on November 20th.

Tell me about it. If I can hang in that long, my GTI order should be here in December. I made the mistake (here in the US at least) of ordering Nav and looks that will make me wait forever. I'm seriously tempted to cancel that order and just go find what I want on a dealer's lot. But we'll see how it goes and if I can stand it that long.
