Thumbs up VW R20 to get AWD and 3-dr and 5-dr variants. 0-60 in 5.5/5.7

Some new info on the R20 just ahead of its debut at Frankfurt in just a few days

-- Will use the Scirocco R's 2.0L turbo 4 with 270hp
-- will be AWD system, similar to one on Audi S3
-- Will come in both 3-door and 5-door variants
-- 0-62mph in 5.5 (with DCT) and 5.7 (with 6-speed manual).

Can't wait to see this thing unwrapped at Frankfurt!!

Nice, but why is the 0-60 so slow? I never understood it.

For example the WRX is about 4.8, and the R20 has more power.

Here in Belgium the WRX STI does 0-62 mph in 5.6 seconds
