Streaks on the cluster

Any one else had this problem with some streak on the clusters? I don't know what caused it probably cleaned it with the wrong cleaning product.

I had this happen on my '96 Acura Integra. I think I had used Windx or something like that on the gauge covers. Must have been to harsh for the plastic. Unfortunately, it never came off or went away. Our gauge covers are SUPER soft. I've only ever wiped mine with a microfiber cloth to get the dust off and they have tiny circular scratches on them.

I spray a tiny bit of spray wax on a microfiber cloth and lightly clean them in a circular motion... So far they've held up pretty well.
