Clutch sticking to floor

This has happened twice now. Tried hard launching around 5k pull my foot off of the clutch and the clutch will move up about an inch before sticking in place near the floor. This has only happened after my Stg1 tune (few days old). Thoughts?

either your slave is sticking, or the pp fingers have been damaged somehow.
