I haven't seen a stage 2 MK7 making quite the same numbers as a k04 mk6 yet, so I feel as though the outcome is much the same for k04'd mk6's vs the new 5 dots.... From anywhere below 120-130mph we are able to take them or stay neck and neck, much like what you saw with the mk7 in those vids. Its not a slaughter by any means, its just keeping up or slightly pulling below 120-130mph. After that, the 5.0 will tend to advance just #becausepurehp

343 WHP and 399 WTQ. Stock intake, Just DP and Tune. Those are pretty solid K04 numbers let alone Stage 2 numbers. The difference is the powerband, and the K04 MK6 has the advantage there. The K04 will keep pulling to redline where as the Mk7 will die off.

How bad would a stage 2 get beaten by the new 5.0 2015 mustang?

I've raced a few 5.0 coyote with my k04 mk6 and always pulled even up to triple digits when we went to Mexico.

Edit: funny thing is that one of the kills was with the APR V3.0 tune lol.

Righton, I was at the drag strip tonight and did a few runs with a couple coyote's that were present... Needless to say, I was as fast, or faster every time. I was besting their trap speeds no problem. They were running consistent 106-107mph and I was doing 111-113mph.

To add icing to the cake, I first raced my friends 2011 bmw m3 with bolts on and he said that he beat the 5.0's so I was pretty sure he was going to beat me, turns out I got him by a car all the way till triple digits. After that I was never worried about 5.0's unless of course they nitrous or some forced induction or crazy mods.

Is the coyote driver aware there is a race on? Is he forgetting to step on the go pedal?

Go pedal no good when going from a dig against AWD. That and it's a stage 2 R.

Lol the dig was hilarious. He did jump on the 20 roll but still lost. The 5.0 is definitely a fast car though. You can see I didnt really walk away from him.
