What Would Glenn Danzig Do
Hey all,

Dealerships charge a lot for maintenance and on these cars it gets pretty expensive. I've been doing services for folks around Chicago for a few years much cheaper than dealerships and never did any advertising, just word of mouth. If anyone needs any maintenance or mods installed on their cars I'd be happy to help for a cheaper price than dealerships. PM me if you'd like to talk more.

General Services:
DSG Service - $300 (includes OEM fluid and OEM filter)
Manual Trans Fluid Change - $200
Fuel Filter $50
Cabin Filter $30
Spark Plugs/Coil Packs $40+the coil/spark plug cost of your choice
Vagcom - $20
Pad Replacement - $50 for front/rear. You'd supply the pad of your choice

Those are just some of the more common things I get asked about. Can generally handle any bolt on mod as well.

Thanks for reading.

Do you do any suspension work like spring installs? Have a set of VWR springs I want to swap in with Audi TT mounts and hardware on 26k factory struts and shocks. Not wanting to spend $400 at GRD Tuning.

jay745, why is it that you use DSG OEM FLuid and filter.
What about Motul Fluid, Castorl?
I live out side the US and over hear OEM fluid costs around 80USD per liter.
Motul Fluid / Castorl costs about 15USD in my country?

Should I pay more for the OEM OIL so that I van sleep well at night?

Same question goes for the DSG filer. OEM or a good after market brand is also OK?

Thanks in advance

Motul and Castrol are fine from what I hear. I stock oem because most people want the same job they would have paid a dealership for, It's not because I think oem is better or worse. The oem fluid is definitely cheaper here, a 5 quart fluid package runs about $160 here.
