What is the blue square sticker/badge under the Golf on the boot?
Can someone please shed some light on what this blue sticker is? I've seen a few Golf's online with it but can't quite make out the text.

looks like a parking decal lol. Maybe the complex they live in requires decals or they will be towed away.
