Buying ones leased GTI Question

How has your lease been? The dealer has me considering doing a lease with how often I trade in my cars (about 3 years) and with the monthly price. I have never leased but I hate taking the hit on my trades. I have always traded my cars off after about 3 years so ownership is not a big thing, I also like the idea of the deal they have right now with the sign and drive deal going on. I'm looking at a 2013 Golf R 4 Door with Sunroof / Nav for $509/m Lease and the GTI Autobahn 4 Door DSG would be $478/m on lease or $515 to purchase. Any horror stories about why I should NOT lease? Thanks!
