2012 CPO DSG Sun/Nav - Wiggle Room?

Still working on my first GTI and thought I'd take a step into the CPO world as there appear to be a lot of decent deals on recent model years coming up. There are even a couple of 2013 CPO's starting to pop up!

2012 certified pre-owned GTI, DSG, 4DR with sunroof & navigation. Only 3,300 miles (originally bought in 2012 at the same dealer that is now offering as CPO). Dealer starting point is $24,4XX. How close to $22,500 can I expect to get as this is the budget I've set for myself?

GL with that, i would be very skeptical if you were able to get below 24k

msrp on that car was ~29k, you can a new one 25-26k if you shop around...
So ~ 23k is a good deal on a CPO unit, but since it is a "CPO" dealer will try to get their margin so it may be unlike that you get that deal given where they stand.

MSRP is $30,500 on 4DR DSG with sun/nav BTW. Best deal I got on a new 2012 last year was $3,000 off MSRP, but didn't like the trade-in they offered (dealer made me nervous too).
