High Idle until complete stop

When I am coming to a stop with the clutch engaged (or in neutral) the rpm stays at approx 1.2k until a second after coming to a complete stop.

I've noticed this only happens when the A/C is not on. Being in Texas, I've just now noticed this happening.

Some maintenance notes: Had the intake valve carbon buildup cleaned up in June 2017. Also had the water pump replaced at that time. Radiator replaced 9/2017.

PCV Valve. Change it before it ends up being a RMS as well.

Did you find out the cause of this? I’ve just noticed this happening occasionally too! [emoji31]
