Looking for help - coil replacement / misfire.

Hey guys,

I have a 2013 GLI with Stage 2 intake, intercooler piping, GFB diverter valve, APR tune. Started feeling the engine struggle when I gave it some gas today. EPC and Check engine lights came on and I pulled the codes -




I see that cylinder 1 was misfiring so I took the coil and placed it on cylinder 4 and ran the car again.

Felt the same engine struggle and then pulled the codes -




I figure this has to be coil pack right? Do I replace all 4 or should I just replace one?

I ordered the R8 coil packs off amazon last week. Just threw them in today (super easy DIY by the way). Can't believe I waited so long! Well worth it.

The longer story...I had some rough idling and rough starts. I was getting codes for the intake manifold and had the P03 code popping up as well. I ended up getting the intake manifold replaced under VW's extend warranty for that part. Got a carbon cleaning done while they had it open. After all that it still seemed a little rough so I ordered the R8 packs. The swap is very easy. I'm not mechanically inclined at all, yet this is probably the only repair I could do myself. Haven't driven it yet, but started it up a few times and it fires right up. The rough idling seems to be gone.
