Penny stuck in driver side seat track (left side)

Does anybody know how to remove a coin from the seat track on a GTI? I've tried about everything and have had no luck. I really don't want to have to take out the seat to do it. It slides up and down the track every time I accelerate.

Any tips on how to get that sucker out?

Lol Ive lifted my seat getting coins out from under the track. You should be able to just remove the 2 forward most bolts of each track and lift it up enough to pry the coin out

I used a screwdriver and it worked for me. Im mindful now if I have coins in my pocket.
