Are those oil deposits? Pic is kind of blurry but it looks like oil.

Check for loose fittings around the turbo, all it's hoses and lines. That's something easy you can do yourself. Also if you're running a catch can, is it venting to the engine bay?

actually i give up from this problem i toke the car to dealership two times they change the gas gate and this is the third time they say give us a time to know from what its and still no answer after a week i hate the dealer people they dont work Conscientiously soo you advise me to check it by my own soo from where i start ?!!!

A few suggestions: PCV assembly, oil cap, that hose that connects to the intake manifold
