New used Integrated Engineering performance FDS intercooler

We checked and this IC is one centimeter thicker than my old IC and a hole 3.5 centimeters thicker than a standard golf R IC

Pressure from turbo is lower at the moment but I hope we can do new files and raise turbo pressure to 1,8 bar

Hoping for cooler air than before and at the end more HP

I am really thinking of upgrading valve springs to these

Any one here that have tested them let me know what your experience with them are

It´s been a while but...

We build the engine with oversize pistons

Nortech GTX 3071 Gen2 kit .63 A/R
Dodson clutch pack
Mahle crankshaft berings
Mahle Rod berings
Mahle pistons 83mm
IE Tuscan rods
TTRS fuel pump
PM3 Controller
E-boost street controller
New Autotech HPFP
Car got all new caskets, waterpump, cam belt, Camfollower

RS4 injectors got shipped too R-Tech Uk for testing too make sure they where working fine

Software from Revo got fitted

Engine stage 4
DSG stage 2

Car did on dyno 520Hp and 587 NM with 2 bars of pressure

WMI is mounted and set only for cooling when turbo hits 1.5 bars

Sadly the nod on the crankshaft had been damaged so after 6000 km the belt stopped and all of the valves was bended

Head cam off and got fixed at a machine shop
new valves, springs, camshafts, cam wheels, waterpump, belt , chain and lifter and cam follower

We add the upgrade wheel for the crankshaft also

https://www.performancebyie.com/vol...012-2012-mk6/performance-parts/engine-pulleys

Car was back on he street and ran fine for 1500km and then no oil pressure

We then got the oil pump fix so now all is fine now

Had the car now running this for some time and hit the dragstrip to test it

The car probably got slower at 0-100 km/h but 100-200 km/h it picked up some speed

Car is with stock wheels and tyres PS supersport 235/35-19 full loaded with seats and a driver 120kg

Best runs over the summer is measured with polar fis

00-100 km/h 3.8 sec measured on a hot day :-D
80-120 km/h 2.1 sec
80-150 km/h 4.5 sec

On the strip that is a public road/airport where they get a permit to put up a track so no preptrack

1/8 mile 60ft 2,007 - 7,582 sec 158km/h
1/4 mile 60ft 2.055 - 11,660 sec 199km/h

60ft is terrible for a AWD car and I think it is the Revo DSG file that do not let it go fast enough

This year I thinking on better WMI setup and iam looking for info on the HPA/IE intake manifold ??

Are they any good ? Let me know if you have tested them :) :) :)

Feel free to ask :)
