Your opinion on this lease deal.

Hey all, dealer offered me a lease on a 2011 today, need your opinion.
2dr base 6 speed, 36 mo 10k /yr. 288/mo 2200 up front or 319/mo 1300 up front ( taxes rolled in ).
Similar 2012, also base but a 4 door. same lease terms. 309/mo 2280 up front or 339/mo 1264 up front ( taxes rolled in )
Is it normal for the 2 model years to be differently priced? Should I grab the 2011 or try to find a better deal on a 2012? From what the dealer says 2011s are kind of rare right now. This would also be my 3rd vehicle that I am leasing from them, I just leased a 2012 CC from them in May, should my loyalty to the dealership reflect on the price in any way ? Spoke to the dealer as soon as I posted, seems that they are trying to get rid of the 2011 so they can get more 2012's in. They can get me a 2012 of my color choice from another dealer or the factory, they dont have any black or shadow blue in stock. Whereas the 2011 is a gray 2door sitting on their lot. Just throwing out this extra info as it might help you help me : )

That sounds like a reasonable price. When I got my GTI a couple months ago, VW was having a deal for $1k off 2011s (and not 2012s), so they were cheaper. I ended up getting a 2012 b/c they couldnt find a 2011 in the color and options I wanted. So you just have to decide how much you prefer the different colors and what it's worth to you. I would think they should give you some special consideration for loyalty, but I don't know what that would entail.

my lease

I got my lease for 332/month incl tax (8.4%) 10K miles/year putting $900 down. It's a 2011 CSG DSG 2 dr. If you're looking at an 11, you might be able to get em down more...all depends on geography.

So I keep getting this feeling I am getting hosed on this deal.....2012 4Dr CW with sun and convn package for $389 a month nothing down, tax throw into payment, but turning in my 07' 2dr Pack 1 UG DSG with 68K miles to which I owe Chase 10,5K on it...dont ask thought buying the 07 was a good idea at the time. They are telling me I am getting the 12' for 26,480 an dthat my 07' is only worth 11,5K......
