In China there is no AWD 6MT only DSG so I wanted to create a unique

You would need to buy a mt transmission from an R and pedals and you would need to run clutch lines into the car for the clutch pedal and a whole bunch of other stuff I can't remember. Automatic to manual is pretty labor intensive. Dsg to manual might be even more work seeing how the transmission is a sophisticated dual clutch system. At the end of the day it is not worth it.

Buy a used one in a different country and ship it back. You will deal with paperwork, taxes and shipping but you will have an original car. To convert your car will be almost impossible, there is too much electronics in cars these days.
