Car making a whistle?

I'm sorry for another thread like this, I'm just a little confused.
When I was completely stock, I sometimes had a whistle under full throttle(very rare).
But now, I installed a Neuspeed P-Flo intake, and each time I am under full throttle it makes a whine/whistle. People say it's bad, and some people say it's fine. Is it true that my car is leaking boost? Thanks guys

Sometimes indicates a bad diverter valve.

Is it like this:

If so, that just comes from running an open filter intake & the DV's location. A GFB DV+ is the supposed (easier) fix for it, or you can relocate the DV too

I just had a rev d installed about 4k ago, mine still does it under load/boost. Def not a bad diverter.
