Perfect will do so.

I think I can also increase the pressure of the pump, I will double check at the shop. Already switching the tank since the 1 gallon tank was almost empty after 6 or 7 logs...

Hyde we made it man. Replaced all broken hoses, cleaned up the w/m system and obtained 0 timing pull on the 102 ron file [emoji4]. 5 psi start and 20 psi full. Thank you. The Scirocco runs great.

I will send you an email with the complete log.

Past 4,700 RPM you're hitting higher MAF values that K04 users in the US are seeing. We max out around 258-260 g/s. Here are your values with water methanol which should technically lower MAF values as you are displacing some air with fluid. Forgive me but the Scirocco comes with an OEM K04 turbo correct? What else could lead to higher MAF values? BTW I'm taking your Mass Air Flow values in kg/h and converting to g/s by dividing the kg/h values by 3.6.

Engine Speed Mass Air Flow (g/s)
2,431 14.06
2,504 63.42
2,636 93.25
2,815 133.67
3,023 142.36
3,262 154.42

My Scirocco has the 2.0 TSI engine wich is exactly the same as the Mk6 GTI, even same ECU. K04 FSI engine is the Scirocco R same as Golf R.

Regarding Maf values your method to convert to g/s is correct and it's funny that you ask because my previous intake was the new ECS Tunning one and I hardly obtained 255 g/s. After switching to Carbonio stage 1 & 2 (my dealer insisted...) I obtained this new Maf values - NO other changes !

EDIT: after Carbonio install, the sound of the car changed, everything is louder even the exhaust sound under WOT :)

I will start adjusting my w/m kit for the 100 program (104RON)

I have only one jet before TB and will try to reach 0 timing pull. For this I am replacing my current jet (ok for 102 ron) for one with twice the flow.

Starting point:
- 80/20 mix
- initial spray 4 psi - full 20 psi

Suggestions are welcomed.

PD: Hyde, you still find strange my MAF values from my previous log sessions?

Rather than start a new thread about my horrible timing issue, I'm going to post here. HYDE, if you could please help me trouble shoot what the hell is going on with my car. Car has 48,0xx miles I have a CTS K04, GFB+ DV, Eurodyne k04 basefile, 42 Draft Designs intake factory "stage II" section of the intake, neuspeed FMIC and TOP. R8 coils, and NGK (4853) PFR7B Laser Platinum Spark Plugs. I keep getting excessive timing pull, like -9. Wondering if you can look at my eurodyne logs and see if you have any ideas what to do next.

Eurodyne logs can be read with excel.
I believe this is a 3rd gear pull

and this should be the 4th gear pull

One thing to mention, I keep getting misfires ONLY at the top of 4th gear. I was, depending how you look at it, fortunate enough to be logging while a group of misfires occurred. However when I got home to scan with VDCS the ECM shows no record of a misfire(s).

I've been trying to help him for the last two weeks, but his timing pull is just nuts.

When I was on the Eurodyne base file WITHOUT an intercooler, I wouldn't even get timing pull....

Keep in mind, his logs were done on a lower temperature night too. Intake temps are fine.

Just noticing your injector pulse right now. I'm seeing 7.4 ms pulse time, seems kind of high for the power you're making... and over 8ms for a quick second (could be the reason of the misfires).

Oh, I can see the misfires for sure. You went from .87 lambda to .71. That's 12.8 to 10.4 within a couple hundred RPM. You out of nowhere dumped fuel. Odd.

Before we run through this, do you have a license or have you had any other K04 files? If so, swap back to see if the issues continue. Trust me you will save a lot of time and headaches.

I've re-flashed the base file just to make sure I didn't have any other than the base. The 2 logs you are seeing is after the re-flash I did. That was last week and some < 600 miles ago.

One thing to mention, this is not my original ECM...

RGTI and I were talking about the lambda and how for some reason I just dump fuel at the top of 4th gear, which is probably the misfires.
