Rough Idle, Flashing CEL, surging RPM's

Ready to race!
Soooooo,

Yesterday I noticed that my car started idling roughly and will surge up on it's own to 2000 rpms then back down. When it drops back down, I get a really rough Idle. When I am driving full throttle everything is fine and I don't have any roughness. I swapped out coil packs and it didn't resolve it. I am going to read the codes, but I think it may be the PCV or maybe a bad injector? What are your thoughts?

Could be pcv or intake manifold.

I ran my canbus cable and got the codes:

I thought coil packs, so I removed the R8 ones I installed a couple of years ago and installed my stock ones that were still good and no change. I changed the PCV diaphragm/spring and when I was doing that I bumped the air intake tube. I noticed it was completely detached from the top of the turbo. I don't know how it came loose, but after re-attaching the intake tube everything was perfect, in fact it was a little smoother than before it happened. The pcv had a tear in it, so that added smoothness may be from that. Thanks everybody, and I am glad it was an easy fix and not going to cost me real money to repair. :)

Well, after everything going for a couple of days, today I started my car and after a few minutes when it warmed up, I got tons of smoke and burning oil smell. Would this be oil that was building up that is dropping into the turbo? Was the replacement pcv no good? I don't think I blew a head gasket all of a sudden...

Sooooo, after correcting all that CEL junk, after 5 hours of diagnosis, VW says my turbo seals on the k04 are bad and dumping oil into the exhaust. I will either have to have it rebuilt or buy another k04.....
