Electronic boost controller on a turbo in a twincharged tsi

Would it be wise to fit an electronic boost controllr into a twin charged engine in a 2009 mk6 gt tsi twincharged engine or would the boost come on too strong at lower revs while the supercharger is boosting away and hit fuel cut under full throttle? or would the supercharger have the same level of boost throughout the revs anyway regardless of what psi the turbo would be adding?
