My car is at approx 135K Km (85K Miles) and feeling a bit notchier than before.
I couldn't find any drain and fill instructions specific to the MKVI Golf 5 speed so I used these instructions.

I didn't drain all of it, only replace just under a litre but the shifting is alot smoother. The Re & Re is so easy (10 minutes once you get it up on ramps), I plan to do another Re & Re again to keep things smooth.
