Low mileage 2010 GTI when warmed up has low volume high pitch rotating gear noise when sitting in Park or Neutral. The noise stops when I put the gear lever in D or S. It sounds like the idler bearing noise from my former VW manual transmission in neutral which had to be repaired. Is this likely with the DSG dual clutch set up? Has anyone had this problem on their GTI?
