Does anyone know where this noise comes from?

When I drive my 2.5 in very cold weather (-20C) the car makes this noise before it warms up. Here's an example when I drove today at -18. I wish I had another video when it's colder, the noise is 10 times worse when it's -25.

Could be anything with weather that cold. Every bushing/moving part in the car is going to have excess noise when it's that cold.
