Acceleration issues

OK so I took off my Forge front mount intercooler her and I also put on my stock cat back and I still have the issues of when I accelerate it will hesitate and the acceleration isn't smooth and it's irritating. I checked my cts intake and it is not loose anywhere. Swapped my r8 coils for stock ones and same issue. Only other thing I can think of is the platinum iridium plugs I put in which are suggested for this car....I believe they are NGK. Any thoughts?!

No I don't have the equipment to do that.

So I switched back to the "stock" tune instead of running giac stage 2 and it doesn't seem like it hesitates near as bad. Could it be possible I need the tune re done?
