P2294 car starts keeps blowing fuel pump fuse

So the other day after I got out of work my car throws the code, steady EPC light and I'm in limp mode, turns out to be a 5 amp fuse in the engine bay so I replaced it. No big deal everything was working perfectly until this morning when I got the long crank, low fuel pressure and saw that the fuse burned out again. Now the fuse pops every time I go to start the car and I get misfires along with it. Currently sitting in the parking lot at work, ran out of 5 amp fuses, and am thinking about taking the bus home. If it is the ecu it was bench flashed about two years ago and the HPFP is new as of this past April. Maybe it's a short in the wiring, who knows. The only thing that's certain is I'm a bit annoyed right now.

I'm thinking of trying to drive it home and worst case Ontario I have AAA.

So according to Torque, I have fuel pressure until I start the car 6-700psi, after a few seconds it drops to 100. I'm thinking I have a short somewhere but wouldn't even know where to start looking.
