I drove on joms for about 18k miles cant compare them to stock cause the day i bought the car i ordered these. But never had an issue they will put you low enough to have to notch your frame. And i modified mine to go lower so yes they will go low... the rear shocks are kinda long i ran without perches and would bump on the shocks cause i took out my bumps.

Would I need to replace anything (bushings etc.) or are these direct bolt up and go?

Nothing additional is required for installation.
However, we do recommend replacing the upright bolts with new OE units from the dealer.
