Wga Preload/adjustment

Those of you running a forge wga how did you adjust it ?, I know the longer the rod the easier the wastegate will crack. How much preload should I put on the wga. Forge said 2-3mm at most. I'm pulling the turbo adjust it, and I want to avoid having to do it again. I'm using the yellow spring 10-14lbs, want it close to the weakest setting. Overboosting like crazy right now. Why are you pulling the turbo? Is it not on yet? The preload is just that, 2-3 mm from the end of the rod.

I need the turbo inspected as well as adjusting the wga. It's already on there, I did what you said to test it and it's way too stiff, gotta adjust it. If I remember 2-3mm is 4-5 half turns. I'll either adjust it myself or run it by a local turbo shop.
