Leaving home with City lights only (no fogs or bixenons)..possible?

Anyone know of a way to have only the city/parking lights light up on the front with leaving home?

I have HID in my fogs and bixenons, so i don't want either turn on every time i unlock the car at night.

I obviously have VCDS and have searched around, but can't find anything.
