some questions about South Bend Stage 2 Daily kit

I decided to go wit the south bend stage 2 daily kit once I went stage 2.
I have some questions about the kit.

1. Should I use the supplied throw out bearing or buy a brand new OEM metal TOB?

2. Will it be better if I use a OEM clutch alignment tool or is the supplied plastic good enough?

3. Is KTSIF-HD-O the newest revision?
