Interesting, let us know how they work out. I see he has some pre painted deep black pearl. If they're really OEM I might be interested in those myself.

Yup, no CSG so I'll be paying about $300 just for paint lol...still better than paying $1200 for oem skirts.

built eng with stock fuel + wmi, hoping for atleast 400-430?

You've got the BBT430 turbo, right?? I think I remember you saying that.

Bought a set of tires last week.

Continental extreme contact DWS 06

Went from stock Dunlops to these.

I have to say they are MUCH better in all areas. Granted they are brand new, but the ride is MUCH smoother and quieter.

Yesterday i hit a pothole. Wasn't going to quick maybe 20-30. First pothole I hit with these.

I have a bubble already......

Obviously its my fault for not paying attention, but damn.

Dunlops are superior in one category. They can take some hits and still go.

SOOOO I bought a new tire to replace it for safety but DAMN feel embarrassed.

I installed the Euro Light switch. Way better than the stock one. Got it off Ebay and it works perfect took me like 30 minutes to complete the install. USP is near my house and they wanted 137.00 plus tax to install....No way

Not actually sure they're OEM, but they seem legit. I couldn't find any info on that part number, but the packaging and the description has me convinced.

I didn't want to deal with poor fitment from reps, and oem is way too expensive, so if these actually end up being oem it's a good deal.

actually those are NOT that bad.....and if they are OEM the price is pretty cheap

i have the ED's replicas that i've had on my car for 3 years now adn still look pretty good, mind you i don't drive the car in the shitty canadian winters....lol

That looks good. It doesn't look like ed even stocks the skirts anymore. He sold his last pair in november/december and hasn't had any since.

yeah, i don't think he is getting them anymore....even when i got mine like 3 summers ago, at that time he said that is was the last batch....

do the ones' you got, will they come with the plastic retainers/attachment that you suppose to use under teh actual skirts, because the skirts will attach to those things and of course the 3M tape as well

because ED's replicas came with all those bits needd

No idea lol, it doesn't really seem like it from the listing, guess I could call them. I've seen the retainer kits cost like $100-120.

*edit* Sounds like it comes with 3m tape, and maybe screws, but no retainers.

Contis have a nice ride, but that's because of the softer sidewalls (as you found out unfortunately)

I'm not sure where you bought your tires from, but TireRack offers hazard protection (included) on their tires.....OR see if the shop you bought them from offers hazard protection/replacement certificates for the tires for the future.
(America's/Discount Tire offers them for example)

Me and my buddy replaced all of the timing components (finally have some peace of mind), added the GFB DV+, as well as a new turbo outlet pipe. The car definitely feels a lot better now and makes a lot of cool sounds. Planning on getting the Beluga TBE and Unitronic Stage 2+intake here soon.

I drove mine from car wash to car wash trying to find a wash without a long lineup to no avail.
