Tensioner question

Monday I have an appointment at the dealer to replace my tensioner. Should I have them replace the chain and guides too or just the tensioner. I have 49,000 on my car.

Have them inspect the chain & guides & go from there. I'm thinking at 49,000 you may not need them, but the shop will be able to tell.
