The throttle body plate wasn't reacting fast enough. A couple tweaks from John at Unitronic and the issue is fixed. Feels good to hammer through the gears again
Feels good when tuners get back and solve these issues. I faced a similar ordeal with the APR 2.1 software. Happy driving

This is a great build. I just read the whole thing. I linked over to see what wheels you were running. I love those. I usually prefer OEM wheels but those ones are great looking.

I'm thinking about doing the P3 gauge as well. I don't know how I feel about digital boost vs. analog. I've got analog on my old TDI and love seeing what the turbo is doing.

Got the front bumper shaved last week. Going into the booth today for paint. Decided to leave the tow-hook just in case. The sidemarkers, bumper holes and headlight washer caps were all plastic welded, smoothed, filled and primed.

All of the front black and grey other bits are getting painted piano black. The rear diffuser will also get painted piano black.

Finally got the car on dyno this past weekend. Was able to put down 335whp and 324ft lbs tq, which I'm pretty happy about. Here's a video of the dyno run and report.

I have one in my part stockpile (Wavetrac), but installation is another story. No one around me wants to touch this job. USP Motorsports is an authorized installer and has a great reputation, but they are 10 hours away

Going to have to find someone in Georgia or Alabama to do the install I think.

Ah, feel bad for you! We have a huge VW group here in NorCal. Lots of really good folks who help with installs. Hope you get to install the Wavetrac soon

Few updates this week.

First up was removing the front end to delete the stock intercooler and install the Neuspeed delete brackets. I also ran some stealth lines for the upcoming Aquamist HSF4 installation.

I also sourced a set of OEM R20 sideskirts from Germany and test fitted them before sending off to the painter.

All back together. Shaved front bumper with piano black lower grille and surround.

Just saw and read through your build and it's amazing. I just picked up an '11 of the same car (or at least the same as whstbyours used to be 6MT 4dr Candy white). Not sure if I'd take mine to the same level you have, but this is amazing, so many mods in here that I'd want to add to my list

That front end is killer too!!

Finally! How had you been managing without an IC in Florida? No heat-soak even with K04? This will definitely give you huge improvements
