If you're mechanically inclined you could flip the lever in about 15-20mins including jacking the car up. Just need to drop the lower control arm (1 bolt). Either way never hurts to do the vag com step to recalibrate level. I've done it after two different suspension installs. Seems like the lever arm only got flipped during the first install.
