2012 GTI DRL OFF

You should have gotten a Malibu. Its the most common car on the roads in the US.

Would not ever be looked at in a older malibu.

thank you...all the more reason I don't think guy is in Surveillance.

Our hatches are sort of conspicuous by their ...rarity, as well as those pesky LED DRLS

I have used several vehicles throughout my career. Civic did very well for me and retired it at 180k. Accord was too heavy for mobile. I'm giving the GTI a try and we'll see. Yes the DRL turns off when parking brake is used but I also need the DRL off when driving during the day-time.

The Fixer
Vagcom or vcds will disable them. There's got to be 100 people near you with it in California.

Passed Driver's Ed
Went to a local meet, found someone with the cable, enabled my DRL's in the MFD, switched DRL's to fogs, enabled fog lights/turning, disabled seat belt chime, enabled key fob/windows, happy!

Weird. I have a 2012 GLI and all you have to do is turn the car off, pull the turn signal right for off, left for on and turn the key to the ready/start position for 5 seconds and it will turn off or on. No VAGCOM required.

Why would you disable the seatbelt chime? Do you not value your life?
