???DIY for HID's in Main Low Beam H7 Halogen Headlight Housings.....?

Yes I understand its frowned upon to do so, (many say it actually isnt bad with the beam pattern cutoff) and I have searched, BUT everyone seems to mix up discussions about the headlights and fog lights. I know the HID fogs work with a number of kits, but What About The H7 Low Beam Halogen Headlights??
I have a DDM 35w Slim Line Ballast kit with no bulbs/harness. I need to order the bulbs and whatever else I need. I read that I could just recode with vagcom to eliminate the error code..? and what about those weirdass plastic bulb holder things, nothing like the last h7 bulbs in my mkiv that used a little spring clip.

It's really easy. I just did a full set last week.

I can't tell you if the DDM ballasts will work or not, but I could help you with everything else including install if you want.

I'm just in Northgate.
