No Bluetooth adapters necessary, head unit has Bluetooth.

Hey I know this is an old post, but I was curious about this after reading reviews and watching videos on it, I have one question, now since it has Bluetooth can you still make phone calls off the car like the factory Bluetooth. By that I mean no extra steps, and I can easily answer calls with the steering wheel buttons?
And do the steering wheel buttons still work with this?
