Anyone have any suggestions. Only got one quote back and it was for 450 for plain black which is a far cry from the 150 people had reported paying.

You can try 401 graphics in Cumberland. I'm looking to get the Sam thing done but havent called for qoutes yet. FastSigns and AlphaGraphics do it as well.
