1.6 tdi clutch feel

I got the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel replaced almost 200 km ago because the pedal was very heavy to press in sometimes. After it got replaced the clutch was light as a feather, literally no force required to press it in, now 200 km later it is much heavier, not as bad as it used to be but still worrying to me. I just can't press it in with my index finger alone if that gives an idea how it feels.
how is the clutch pedal supposed to feel? Should it require some force to press in or should it be completely effortless?
