GTI unitronic stage 2 vs Genesis 2.0T Spec R

I was waiting at the red light before going to the highway next to a Genesis 2.0T Spec R with unknown mods, probably stock.

I have carbonio intake, unitronic stage 2 and a CTS catted downpipe.

I'm DSG, I was not sure if he wanted to race or not, so I was just in D without launch control. When the light went green, I didn't press the gas too hard, not enough to have wheel spin. The Genesis driver started really hard and quickly went in front. I then put the pedal to the metal and as soon as I went to second I passed him easily and was about 2 car length, I let go at 90mph because there was no way he could keep up.

The Genesis looked brand new and the driver didn't seem happy about the lost.

The DSG, really shine when the other driver is not really good with the manual transmission.

2012- Genesis 2.0T are parked.

2013+ Genesis 2.0T are slightly less parked.

Sweet!! UNI FTW!! :thumbsup: ..... But the 2.0t gens are slow the new ones are a lil better tho

The 2013's are bad with a "claimed" 274 hp.

They're just too heavy IMO.

yeah too heavy is their problem :/
