R32 vs Golf R Clutch Install

So as the title suggests, has anyone done both clutch installs? Is the R similar to the R32 or is it a total different install? The R32 isn't a really bad install.. That's why I'm wondering about the R..

Any input would be awesome.. Thanks!

When i've changed the clutch on my previous Audi S3 (same platform and engine and R) it was easy. The mechanic unbolted the engine from mounts, lifted it for about 5cm and kept it like this, unbolted the gearbox, got the new clutch in and voila.

3-4 hours job

Yeh, that sounds pretty similar.. Either lift the engine or drop the subframe.. Did you pull your axels too?
